At The Walking Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear doesn't provide the perfect fit or comfort, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure tracked delivery.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded shoebox and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
